Return policy
You may return your item within 14 days of receiving it.
To start a return:
- Go to the order confirmation you received by email.
- Click “View order.”
- Submit a return request directly from there.
You can also log in to your customer account to manage your return.
Return shipping:
- Norway: NOK 29. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
- USA: USD 30. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
Import duties and taxes:
Import duties and taxes are included in your order.
Conditions:
The item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, with all tags attached, and returned in its original packaging. Items that do not meet the return conditions may be sent back to the sender.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Norway: 2–5 business days.
USA: 5-8 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Norway: Standard shipping is NOK 99. Free shipping on orders over NOK 2,000.
USA: Standard shipping is USD 15. Free shipping on orders over USD 200.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Norway and the USA only. More countries will be added soon.
